Bring Take 139 to your people
If you serve a church, lead a premarital ministry, or work with couples in a counseling practice, Take 139 can be used in your context — either as a self-directed assessment your couples take on their own, or as part of a longer engagement with our team.
What we offer
For premarital ministries and church leaders
Most churches' premarital materials cover the practical topics — communication, finances, expectations, sex — without giving the couple a serious vocabulary for the patterns of conflict already beginning to live between them. Take 139 fills that gap. Couples take the assessment privately, receive their joined profile, and arrive at their next meeting with the pastor or premarital mentor already in possession of the language they need.
For counselors and therapists
Take 139 sits well as the diagnostic conversation early in a counseling engagement. The framework — triggers, core questions, mechanisms, breakdowns — gives the counselor a shared vocabulary with the client that they did not have to teach in session. Several counselors are already using it this way.
For conferences, retreats, and longer engagements
For churches and organizations that want more than the assessment itself, our team is available to teach the framework, train pastoral staff to use it, lead premarital classes, or speak at marriage conferences and retreats. The depth of the engagement is something we work out together.
